Karadigundi Homestay is nestled in a 40 acre Coffee Plantation, along the Western Ghats(one of the worlds 8 biodiversity hotspots – a world heritage site) of Karnataka, across the border of Chikmagalur & Sakleshpur. Cancellation PolicyCase(1): Cancellation before 15 days to the check-in date: 10% of the total package amount will be deducted from the advance amount and the rest will be refunded back.
Case(2): Cancellation before 10 days to the check-in date: 20% of the total package amount will be deducted from the advance amount and the rest will be refunded back.
Case(3): Cancellation before 7 days to the check-in date: 40% of the total package amount will be deducted from the advance amount and the rest will be refunded back.
Case(4): Cancellation in the last 5 days, before the check-in date: No amount will be refunded.
Case(5): Upon cancellation, if you want to change the dates instead of taking refund, you can use the advance amount for another date with a deduction of 50% of the above stated deductions as applicable to different cases depending on when the cancellation and re-booking is done for a different date.
For the days in between the 2 different cases above, the % amount deducted will be the average of the 2 Cases.
Note: For no shows, late arrival or early departure the above same conditions / policy applies.
However, as a goodwill, upon your cancellation / re-booking, suppose if we get a booking at the last moment for the same dates with a same or higher group size, we deduct 5% to 10% only and sometimes very marginal amounts are deducted, when we actually get a better booking than yours.
