Our Villa is set in a large estate turned private forest, it has 6 suite bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms and every room has independent sit-outs. The Villa has 3 Living rooms, 1 Guest Kitchen, 3 powder rooms, 1 Home theatre, 1 poolside deck, and the main deck. It is spread over 14000 Sft. The Villa is located at an altitude of 4650 ft above sea level, in the inner Giri range of hills of western ghats, 40 mins drive from Chickmagalur close to Bababudan Giri peak. It is surrounded by coffee estates, Chola forest, waterfalls, and scenic hills. The temperature varies from 7 to 21 degrees in monsoon & winter (Aug to Feb) 15 to 28 degrees in summer (March to July). The Villa has plenty of cross ventilation and keeps cool throughout the year. There is no Air Conditioning as we wish our guests to enjoy the finest quality fresh mountain air.
