The Cascade Villa is a modern luxury boutique villa situated in Shiravase, in the heart of Chikkamagalur district about 30 Km from Chickkamagalur town. The villa is surrounded by the Pushpagiri Coffee plantation which is a perfect spot with its many brooks and breathtaking scenic views which make it an explorer’s delight.

Built in the year 2018, this sprawling villa is situated in the mystic valleys of the Western Ghats, the birthplace of Robusta coffee in India. At 4,000 feet above sea level, The Cascade Villa is at a great location that lets your soul listen to the tunes of nature and offers you a touch of history to go with your cup of coffee.
